Little Voices, Big Feelings

Helping children build emotional confidence, resilience, and healthy relationships—one conversation at a time.

Little Voices, Big Feelings is a wellbeing programme that creates safe, engaging spaces where children can explore their emotions, develop confidence, and learn practical skills to support their mental and emotional wellbeing.

Enquire About the Programme

Every Child Deserves to Feel Heard.

Children experience big emotions every day, but they don’t always have the words or confidence to express them.

Through interactive sessions, creative activities, movement, storytelling, and discussion, Little Voices, Big Feelings helps children understand their emotions, strengthen their self-esteem, and build positive relationships with others.

Our aim is simple: to help children feel seen, heard, and empowered.

My Approach

As a children’s wellbeing practitioner and capoeira coach, I believe children learn best when they feel safe, respected, and actively involved.

Every session encourages participation, curiosity, and creativity while providing practical tools that children can use long after the programme has ended.

My approach is inclusive, trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and focused on helping every child thrive.
