How It Works

  1. Initial consultation
    We begin with a relaxed call to understand your needs and see if we are a good fit.

  2. Preparation phase
    We meet during pregnancy to prepare for birth and build trust.

  3. Birth support
    I remain on-call and attend your labour when you need me, staying with you throughout.

  4. Postnatal care (if included)
    Gentle follow-up support to help you transition into early motherhood.

Every birth is different. My role is not to control the experience, but to help you feel supported, informed, and respected in whatever path your birth takes.
